Tara Lea is a spacious four bedroom house with two
toilets, two bathrooms, cathedral ceilings, cosy wood fire, luxurious
spa, close to shops, double carport, gas & wood BBQ, majestic
mountain views, fully self contained kitchen with crockery &
cutlery, dishwasher, microwave oven and conventional stove, two
refrigerators. There are two televisions, one with DVD and video and
one with a Nintendo, there is a air hockey table CD player and a
variety of games and DVD/videos in the house .
Laundry has washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board. A
highchair & portacot are available.
All
pillows, doonas, blankets and electric blankets are supplied, linen
hire is available for $10-00 per person per stay or just bring your
own. The bedroom set up is a s follows:

bed, double sofa bed & 1 set of bunks

Bedroom 3. Double bed
Bedroom 4. Two sets of
bunks
The
nightly tariffs are $200-00 for 4 adults (minimum of two nights) $12-00
per extra adult, school age children are $10-00 per night and children
under school age are free of charge. Long weekends
minimum stay of 3 nights, A complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates
are included in every booking.
Deposit
of one nights accommodation due within 7 days to secure booking,
remainder due 7 days before arrival. Payment can be made by:

Cancellation
terms & conditions: More than 30 days prior to
commencement – full refund. Less than 14 days including “no show” – no
refund.
